Turnberry set forth to establish a new standard of luxury living when it envisioned and launched the development of Turnberry Ocean Club Residences. Designed by the creative partnership of architects Carlos Zapata Studios of New York City and Robert Swedroe of Miami, Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is a 54-story oceanfront high-rise glass tower.

It features 154 luxury residences ranging from 2,950 to 10,000 square feet with three, four, five, and six-bedroom floorplans that extend over one, two, and three levels. The project broke ground in 2016 and was half sold before the building even went vertical in February of 2018. While now owned and operated by another development company, Turnberry Ocean Club is a licensee and retains the hallmarks of excellence that were established at the fruition of the project.
