Taylor Smiarowski is the Vice President of Capital Markets for Turnberry. Smiarowski is responsible for the origination and closing of debt and equity transactions within the organization. He also maintains relationships with third-party capital partners and is directly involved with capitalization, ground-up development and partnership activity related to the real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining Turnberry in 2016, Smiarowski was a Finance Associate and Relationship Manager on Wells Fargo’s seniors housing lending platform. During his tenure there, he closed over $200M of construction loans and underwrote over $750M of transactions. His responsibilities ranged from guarantor portfolio monitoring, credit memo production, asset level underwriting, construction loan monthly draw monitoring, and compliance tracking.
Smiarowski earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2014 and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
