Daniel Salas has been with SoLé Mia since 2016 and has been Vice President and General Counsel since 2019. As Vice President and General Counsel, he oversees all legal affairs, government relations and assists in managing the operations and business development of the entire project. SoLé Mia is a 184-acre lifestyle development with plans for over 4,500 residential units and 1.5 million square feet of retail and commercial space surrounded by emerald green parks and Laguna SoLé, South Florida’s first 7-acre swimmable Crystal Lagoon. It is being developed in partnership by Turnberry and LeFrak. Salas works for the partnership.
Salas has over fifteen years of experience in the construction and real estate industry starting his career with a prestigious boutique structural engineering firm in Miami. He then began his legal career as a construction lawyer at Siegfried Rivera, one of the most respected construction law firms in South Florida; and as in-house counsel at Brightline, one of the biggest real estate developers in Florida before joining SoLé Mia.
Salas earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Florida International University College of Engineering and his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law.
