Daniel Riordan is responsible for the entire residential division at Turnberry, including building development and real estate initiatives. Riordan’s career spans over three-decades and can be accredited with the marketing and selling of more than 3,000 condominium units valued in excess of $2.5 billion.

During his 18-year tenure with Turnberry, Riordan has been an integral part of the organization’s growth and success. He was instrumental in pioneering condo development in Las Vegas for Turnberry in 1998.  He also spearheaded the development of Turnberry Tower Arlington, the tallest condominium on the Washington D.C. skyline. His responsibilities included all operations, as well as sales and marketing for the $350 million, 30-story luxury tower.

Currently, Riordan is at the helm of Turnberry Associate’s most luxurious vision in its 50-year history, Turnberry Ocean Club Residences.  Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, this project, slated for completion in 2019, creates a new level of standard for luxurious residential living focused on exceptionally modern and unparalleled amenities.  This 54-story glass skyscraper designed by world-renowned architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe is set to change the Sunny Isles skyline.

In addition to Turnberry Ocean Club Residences, Riordan is also currently designing the largest residential development in Turnberry’s history, SoLē Mia Miami, in partnership with the LeFrak organization of New York, consisting of 4,400 condominium residences and 1.5 million square feet of retail and commercial space over a 184-acre development. This will be one of the largest developments in South Florida over the next ten years and is expected to be launched for sale within the next 12 months.
