Turnberry is significantly repositioning a 187,000 square-foot plaza formerly known as Loehmann's Fashion Island into Town Center Aventura, a lifestyle center with a 34,000 square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH and several additional national retailers and restaurants. The new architectural design includes upgraded building facades with higher, more dramatic elevations; lush landscaping and enhanced streetscapes; a gazebo for afternoon and evening events; and a site plan that improves pedestrian and traffic flow throughout the center. Completion of Town Center Aventura is scheduled for Fall 2013.
