Town Square Las Vegas pleases patrons looking for shopping, dining and entertainment options
LAS VEGAS (May 6, 2010) – Patrons are flocking to Town Square Las Vegas for its diverse collaboration of shopping, dining and entertainment. The open-air center on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip is comprised of top brands such as H&M, Whole Foods Market, Juicy Couture, Puma, Apple and more as well as 15 dining hot spots and a dueling piano bar.
Town Square, developed by Turnberry Associates and Centra Properties, takes visitors on a journey through pedestrian-friendly streets and architectural hallmarks of the world’s greatest cities. Shops, restaurants and Class A office space are integrated throughout 22 buildings. The buildings feature more than 70 different facades with authentic materials such as marble, stone and hand-painted plaster. A mission-style building is situated within the center of Town Square, and as the buildings move outward, they take on new looks that reflect different places and eras.
The 1.5 million-square-foot development that opened in November 2007 has evolved into a place where the whole family can spend the day together or singles can spend a night on the town.
An eclectic mix of retailers comprise the shopping experience including, H&M, Juicy Couture, A|X Armani Exchange, bebe, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Robb & Stucky, Borders, Guitar Center, GUESS, GUESS by Marciano, Abercrombie & Fitch, Apple, Lucky Brand Jeans, J. Crew, Metropark and more.
An incredible array of restaurants is on the menu offering new dining concepts and culinary creations to the center’s patrons. Several restaurant concepts are new to Las Vegas including, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Blue Martini, Brio Tuscan Grille, Caña Latin Kitchen & Bar, Yard House, Cadillac Ranch, Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant & Bar, nu sanctuary lounge, Bar Louie, Texas de Brazil, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, Johnny McGuire’s Deli and The Grape. Family favorites California Pizza Kitchen and Claim Jumper are also on the menu.

Live entertainment takes the stage at Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar. The piano bar showcases its unique brand of high energy rock and roll piano entertainment with four of the best entertainers in the country. For the latest movie releases and family entertainment, Rave Motion Pictures houses 18 screens with stadium seating and 48 inches between rows for maximum legroom.
Patrons can also get pampered at Euphoria salon or Beauty Lounge. Euphoria offers hair care services, manicures and pedicures, eyelash extensions, hair and skincare products and a variety of boutique items.
With so many choices at Town Square, planning what to do has never been easier with the service of the on-site concierge. The concierge provides shopping center directories, stroller rental, special event information, valet and taxi service, airport transportation, show information, tour package information, preferred restaurant reservations and more. The concierge is located in the center of Town Square, in between the Town Square Park and Children’s Park.
Children take center stage at Town Square with their very own Children’s Park. The park provides a variety of activities and entertainment including a tree house within a 42-foot tree along with a climbing rope, slides and a fort that’s connected by a bridge. Girls can explore the Princess Tower Playhouses with a connecting walkway and slides. A fountain with 35 pop jets for splashing and playing, hedge maze with animal topiaries and playground equipment round out the park. Additionally, a children’s theatre hosts shows, performances, storytelling and more. Just steps from the Children’s Park is Town Square Park, which includes a pavilion for concerts, fashion shows, art shows and special events and a bridge that crosses a small pond.
Motorists have easy access into the center with eight entrances, three covered parking garages and storefront parking that totals 5,800 parking spaces. Free valet parking is also available.
