LAS VEGAS
(May 5, 2010) - Spectacular shopping and dining in Las Vegas doesn’t have to break the bank for tourists hoping to keep their budgets in check. The designer shops that flank the entrances to many resort-casinos may pique travelers’ interests, but when it comes to spending a day discovering budget-friendly finds, Town Square has a plethora of options.

The open-air center on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip is comprised of top brands such as H&M, Whole Foods Market, Juicy Couture, Puma, Apple and more as well as 15 dining hot spots. Town Square caters to 40 percent tourists and 70 percent locals, according to a recent shopper’s survey. The shopping, dining and entertainment center is situated a few miles south of Mandalay Bay, just a quick taxi or bus ride for visitors.

“When the mood to shop strikes, patrons flock to Town Square and stroll the pedestrian friendly streets, hit the seasonal sales and satisfy their craving for that new wardrobe addition,” said Mary Kathryn Wells, director of marketing for Town Square. “As a special treat for tourists, we offer Town Square Rewards, which features discounts from some of our shops and restaurants. The Town Square Rewards coupon book is available at most hotel concierge desks on The Strip, or visit the Town Square concierge and show your out of state identification.”
