LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas visitors will have several enticing new dining options to indulge in when the highly anticipated Town Square Las Vegas opens November 14 on the Strip. Among its eateries, five will be making their Las Vegas debut – Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Café & Emporium, Yard House, The Grape, Texas de Brazil and Brio Tuscan Grill. Also, well-known chef and restaurateur Louis Osteen is planning to open two restaurants – Louis's Las Vegas and Louis's Fish Camp – at the center. Additional Town Square restaurants include Claim Jumper, Bar Louie and Blue Martini.

Once complete, the 1.5 million-square-foot super regional lifestyle center being created by Turnberry Associates and Centra Properties will boast more than 150 shops, over 12 restaurants and several entertainment venues.
“Town Square’s collection of restaurants will encompass a broad range of options that everyone will find inviting,” said Philip S. Goldfarb, President and Chief Operating Officer for Turnberry Associates. “They perfectly complement the shopping and entertainment components of Town Square, creating a one-of-a-kind destination on the Las Vegas Strip.”

Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Café & Emporium is the creation of Tommy Bahama, recognized nationally as one of the top purveyors of the island lifestyle. This unique concept combines the retail and dining components of the renowned brand, offering the entire Tommy Bahama collection of men’s and women’s upscale casual apparel along with a full-scale restaurant. Guests will enjoy sumptuous island-inspired fare including the café’s signature beer - Tommy’s Bungalow Brew.

Yard House, one of the restaurant industry’s fast growing casual chain restaurants, features the world’s largest selection of draft beer with 130 to 250 on tap. With more than 10 locations across the country, Yard House offers an “American Fusion” menu enhanced with an array of Asian flavors and seasonings, set in an inviting ambiance. Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of Yard House is its keg room, which houses as much as 1,000 gallons of beer at a time. “We’ve been eyeing Las Vegas for several years,” said Steele Platt, Yard House founder and CEO. “We chose to wait until a central location was found; one that served the three primary markets - the Summerlin and Green Valley Ranch areas for the locals - and the Las Vegas Strip for the tourist.

Yard House will provide Las Vegas locals with another unique dining experience and, where the locals go, the tourists follow.”

The Grape will offer Town Square visitors a pleasurable atmosphere for enjoying great wines and food at reasonable prices. With locations throughout the Southeastern United States, The Grape brings its 120 to 150 deliciously unique wines, available by the bottle, glass and Grapes by the Bunch® tasting flight to Las Vegas. A full menu of small-plate gourmet fare will complement the extensive wine list.

Texas de Brazil celebrates the age-old Brazilian tradition of the Gaucho, the South American version of a cowboy. Gauchos would prepare delectable meals featuring an assortment of meats slow-roasted over an open pit. At Texas de Brazil, the tradition is continued as servers hand carve a variety of tender meats tableside including Angus beef, lamb, pork, Brazilian sausage and more. A 40-item seasonal buffet presents the perfect accompaniment to the sumptuous meat selection, offering appetizers, salads, soups and side items. There also is an extensive wine list. Town Square, which will include 22 architecturally distinctive buildings in an open-air, Main Street-themed environment, is under construction on 117 acres south of Mandalay Bay at the junction of I-15 and the 215 Beltway. The center is located just 10 minutes from McCarran International Airport.

Town Square will be anchored by RAVE Motion Pictures, Robb & Stucky, Borders, Whole Foods Market and 24-Hour Fitness. The Fry’s Electronics store adjacent to the site was acquired by Turnberry and Centra and will be incorporated as a Town Square anchor. Spa 11 also will open a large day spa on site. Additional shops include Abercrombie & Fitch, Aldo, American Eagle, Apple, Bath & Body Works, BCBG, Bebe, Bebe Sport, Body Shop, Cache, Chico’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Crabtree & Evelyn, Design Within Reach, Eddie Bauer, Express, Everything But Water, Finish Line, Fossil, Godiva, Guess, Hollister Co., J. Crew, Kay Jewelers, LeSportsac, Limited Too, Lucky Brand, MAC, Metro Park, Michael Stars, Oakley, Old Navy, Origins, Pac Sun, Puma, Sigrid Olsen, Skechers, Solstice, Soma, Steve Madden, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Teavana, The Walking Company, Up Against The Wall, Victoria’s Secret, White House/Black Market and many others.
