LAS VEGAS (January 18, 2007) - When it comes to creating elite and luxurious high-rise residential communities, Turnberry is billed as the best. One of the country’s leading real estate developers, Turnberry, Ltd. has a 40-plus year history building five-star residential communities. The company set the standard in Las Vegas when it debuted the premier high-rise community Turnberry Place.
Now, the opportunity to enjoy true pride of ownership is at its prime with Turnberry Towers. Two 45-story towers are under construction on 10 acres at the corner of Paradise Road and Karen Avenue, just across from Turnberry Place. The East Tower will be available for occupancy this June.
“One of the benefits of living in a Turnberry community is its ideal location,” said John Riordan, senior vice president of sales. “Turnberry Towers is situated near an area of the Las Vegas Strip that will flourish with new high-end developments over the next several years. These world-class resorts are poised to reinvent the north end of the Strip.”
A few on tap include Turnberry’s Fontainebleau resort, a 4,000-room hotel-casino that will be located adjacent to Turnberry Place on the site where the El Rancho once stood. Additionally, Boyd Gaming imploded the Stardust hotel-casino to make way for Echelon Place, which will feature high-end hotels, upscale retail and entertainment venues. Wynn Resorts is building Encore, a hotel-casino that is under construction next to Wynn Las Vegas and slated for completion in late 2008.
“Residents will be in walking distance from some of the most prestigious resorts in the country,” Riordan said. “Historically, property values have been known to rise when an area undergoes this type of transformation.”
A select few residences remain in the East Tower, and the West Tower is more than 60 percent sold. The West Tower is on track for a spring 2008 completion.
“When you purchase a Turnberry condominium, you are not just buying a place to live,” Riordan said. “You will become privy to the Turnberry lifestyle, which has numerous advantages.”
For example, each condominium is equipped with an electronic concierge system providing a private link to the outside world. With the push of a button, residents will be able to request their car from valet, communicate with the front desk, schedule a maintenance appointment or discover the latest in dining and entertainment, among other options
Additionally, Turnberry makes pampering a priority. All Turnberry Towers’ buyers will receive a Stirling Club membership for two years. The Stirling Club is an 80,000-square-foot private club at Turnberry Place complete with exquisite dining and a 30,000-square-foot spa.
Residences offer spectacular views of the Strip and surrounding mountains and bask in refinements and luxuries that have become legendary at all Turnberry communities. One to three bedroom condominiums boast a contemporary-design and will be finished with Italian marble baths and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, General Electric Monogram appliances and nine-foot ceilings. Prices range from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
Just steps away are two Las Vegas Monorail stations at the Las Vegas Hilton and the Sahara hotel-casino where residents can board the above-ground train to visit hotels along the Las Vegas Strip.
Community highlights include lavish landscaping, a fitness facility in each tower, tennis, valet, 24-hour security, outdoor pools and much more.
Each tower’s pool area will boast a sandy beach entry into the water, heated spa, shallow wet deck area for chaise lounging, waterfalls flowing over a quaint rock seating area and more.
Additionally, a putting green with four different holes will keep residents on their toes and a dog run area will be a popular perk for pets.
