New Hotel Construction

Upcoming Phase II will include the Hilton Garden Inn at Destin Commons, and will serve as a focal point of the expansion, to include 150,000 square feet of retail, four nationally recognized restaurants and Turnberry Harbour. A collection of 10 buildings will house luxurious towers and mid-rise units in a 80 acre gated residential waterfront enclave with an exclusive private club and 18-hole golf course. The Hilton Garden Inn will feature 157 luxurious rooms, swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge, and approximately 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
