Ray Parello
Director of Finance

Ray Parello is Director of Finance for Turnberry Associates, one of the country’s leading full-service real estate development and management firms. He has been involved with the Soffer family in their multibillion-dollar business for more than thirty-five years.

Since joining the company in Pittsburgh in 1970, Ray has managed the financing of more than five billion dollars in upscale commercial and residential properties including their acquisition of the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach and a joint venture with MGM Mirage to build a condo-hotel complex in Las Vegas. Financing of major development includes $2.5BN for four regional malls (7,000,000 SF+); $300M of office (2,000,000 SF+); $2.5BN in hotel-condo (2,500 rooms), and, the more recent development financing of casino-hotels.

Ray Parello is a member of the American Heart Association, Schott Communities, Boystown of Pittsburgh; he is also a member of The American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
